Q. How often do we have to commit to using the caregiver?- A. You can use the caregiver(s) services once a year, or on a permanent on-going basis.

Q. My parent has Alzheimers (or Dementia), can we get the same caregiver(s) each week?- A. Yes, if it is an on-going assignment, versus occasional use.

Q. Do you work on weekends and does it cost more?- A. Weekends are the same price as during the week.

Q. Does insurance cover your service?- A. Some of the supplemental insurances will cover our services if the doctor writes an order stating that the patient requires in-home, semi-skilled (non-medical) help. Medicare, Medical and most major insurance companies do not cover our services, because we are a 'non-medical' registry.

Q. Are your caregivers bonded?- A. Yes, all caregivers are screened and bonded at the Agency's expense.

Q. Can we interview the caregivers?- A. Yes, you can interview several caregivers and choose the one you or your parent feel most comfortable with. The caregivers will also go to the hospital or convalescent home to meet with your parent prior to starting an in-home assignment.

Q. What if down the road, I or my parent should decide that the caregiver is not working out?- A. You would simply call the Agency and we would send out a replacement.
