| Taxes and Insurance | All of our caregivers are "Independent Contractors"; therefore the Caregiver is responsible for their own taxes and any insurance (Workman's Compensation etc.) required or desired.
When clients choose a Caregiver, the Caregiver and the Client will sign a contract that clearly states the Caregiver is an "Independent Contractor" and not an employee of the client. Caregivers placed on our registry authorize our agency to negotiate the terms of service with our clients. However, final authorization of all terms of service negotiated by our agency are made by the Caregiver and are evidenced by the signing of the Client-Caregiver "Terms of Service" contract.
